He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? - Micah 6:8
To act justly means to act with fairness, honesty, and integrity, how we treat people around us, whether it is our society, our family, our employees, our colleagues, our friends etc.
The second thing that God requires of us is that we love mercy. We are also to fill our hearts with compassion and kindness toward one another, we don’t just do acts of kindness from a sense of obedience or compulsion, but we do them out of love.
The third expectation Micah shares is to walk humbly with our God. God expects us to have a right relationship with Him. That right relationship with God always beings with humility, not arrogance.
